Highly qualified team of business and technology professionals.

The project team responsible for building and growing your ECM system is selected based on technical qualifications and experience in designing and implementing systems for higher education. Our analysts and technical staff hold certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Kofax, Cardiff and other products based on required skill sets. The majority of our staff has completed the course of study and passed the examination for credentialed CDIA+® status (Certified Document Imaging Architect).

ImageSource currently employs PMP® Certified project managers. Our implementation teams consist of a project director, project manager, business analyst, system architect, technical support staff and a senior account manager.

We develop our project plans in a consistent manner using the professional PMBOK® Guide and the concepts particular to our industry based on our many years of experience. Once implemented, we provide you with a road map for future expansion to other departments throughout your campus.

Change management and training.

Addressing change management within your departments maximizes user acceptance, and the effective use of the new technologies and procedures. During development of the project plan, ImageSource collaborates with you to develop an optimum change management plan.

ImageSource has its own training center where we provide your staff certified classes on all aspects of ECM, including capture, forms, administration, workflow, the back end repository and records management. For larger groups, labs are transported to your facility for training. Training classes are held year round and the courses available range from the most basic to advanced developer training.
