  1. I would say automating the data capture process is the most important.

    In many cases, we should always prepare to take the extra mile to capture the data automatically from another part of the system or workflow process instead of asking the users to re-enter the data.

  2. Yes, automated data look-up helps speed up the time required to input content into the system and also increases data validity.

  3. I would agree that “automating the data” is very important.
    However I feel that building a friendly easy to use user interface is just as important. If a programmer fails to put objects such as buttons, textboxes, check boxes and labels in some chorological order on the form, most users will lose interest and move on to find an easier to use program that does the same thing.
